🗓️ Online Bookings Only
All clients are required to book appointments online. This helps us manage client records, appointment history, and consent documentation efficiently.
👋 New Clients
New clients are advised to arrive 10 minutes early to complete a consent form and have a brief consultation before the appointment.
👁️ No Eye Makeup
- Please arrive with clean eyes and no eye makeup (especially mascara or eyeliner).
- To avoid a $10 makeup removal fee, ensure your eyes are makeup-free.
- If you’re coming from work or an event, please arrive 10 minutes early to use our complimentary eye makeup remover.
🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations
- As a courtesy to our staff and other clients, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments.
- Deposits for appointments cancelled before 48 hours period will be kept as credit to be used for your next visit – NO REFUNDS.
- You will be charged $30 for a cancellation or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment time.
- If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session to stay on schedule, and the full service fee still applies.
❌ No Recent Lash Lifts
Please ensure you have not had a lash lift within the past 4 weeks, as this can affect lash extension results.
🔄 Refills from other Salons
- We do not accept refills from other salons to ensure our quality and retention standards.
- New clients with remaining lashes from elsewhere must book a lash removal add-on, so we can allocate enough time for your appointment.
📆 Refill Appointment Guidelines
If less than 40% of lashes remain or it has been over 21 days since your last appointment, your booking will be treated as a new full set.
Please book accordingly to ensure enough time is scheduled.
👶 No Children Policy
- For safety reasons, please do not bring children to your appointment.
- Our workspace contains sharp tools, and your eyes will be closed during the service. We cannot supervise your child, and we are not responsible for any injuries that may occur.
🐾 No Pets in Treatment Room
- To maintain a clean and allergy-safe environment for all clients, pets are not allowed inside the treatment area.
- If needed, pets may wait outside the salon in front while you receive your service.
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds are only provided in the event of a major issue with the service.
- If you experience a problem, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
- Deposits for appointments cancelled before 48 hr period will be kept as credit to be used for your next visit – NO REFUNDS.
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind: Once a service is rendered, refunds will not be given based on personal preference or regret.
- Incorrect aftercare: We are not responsible for lash damage caused by failing to follow proper aftercare.

Allergic reactions:
If you are aware of any sensitivities or allergies, you must disclose this to your lash technician beforehand. We are not liable for allergic reactions to products used.
Note: Allergies can sometimes develop suddenly, even after years of use. If you experience discomfort or a reaction, please contact us immediately for a free lash removal.
